The Support Center uses a comprehensive ticketing system
to track and coordinate our support services. All existing
customers with a valid e-mail address in our system
are welcome to use all of the support services - technical
support, defect report, sales, customer relation, customer
service. For potential customers, we also welcome your
inquires.
We employ a third party for distributing our software
- our distributor is one of the largest and most reputable.
If you have purchased a copy of our software and are
experiencing issues such as re-installation, unlocking
the software, loss of serial number and loss of activation
