Software Trial Policy
The try-before-buy
offer on the FlashReliance software allows users to
evaluate the software for free for 15 days. The software
is governed by its accompanying license agreement and
it will cease working 15 days after the initial installation.
It should be removed from the user machine if the trial
period expires or the user decides not to purchase the
software.
Refund/Return Policy
The retail version
(vs download) of the software cannot be returned for
refund after 15 days of the invoice/receipt date. The
software cannot be returned for refund if the packaging
has been opened, tampered or in a condition that is
defaced or non-sellable. To get a refund, return the
software to the place of purchase within 15 days of
purchase with a valid invoice/receipt. FlashReliance
charges 15% processing fee for all returns for refund.
Any shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipment
cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the software is purchased through downloading and
an activation key has been issued, the software cannot
be returned for refund. This is due to unrecoverable
serial # and/or activation key once they are issued.
We encourage customers to use the try-before-buy
offer to fully evaluate the software before buying.
All refunds on purchase via download are subjected to
the company discretion.
Refund Processing Time
The time to receive a refund could take 1 to
2 billing cycles for a credit card purchase. Other type
of transactions will take about 15 to 45 days for a
refund to be issued and received.
